How Registration Works
Fill out the form below with your university's information. After submitting, the UI GreenMetric team will review your registration and send a confirmation email to the contact person and director of sustainability within a few business days.
You can also send your university information directly to support@uigreenmetric.com with the subject line UI GreenMetric Registration.
Provide your university details, leader contact, and sustainability director email.
Our team reviews submissions within a few business days and emails confirmation.
Once confirmed, you'll receive credentials to access the SUR questionnaire portal.

Is registration free?
Yes. Participation in UI GreenMetric World University Rankings is completely free of charge.
Can any university register?
Any accredited university or higher education institution worldwide is eligible to participate.
When is the registration deadline?
Registrations are accepted throughout the year. Check our announcements for the current cycle's questionnaire deadline.
What happens after I submit?
The UI GreenMetric team will review your submission and send login credentials for the questionnaire portal to the contact person email within a few business days.
My university already registered before. Do I need to re-register?
Returning participants do not need to re-register. Contact us at greenmetric@ui.ac.id if you have issues accessing your account.
Who should be listed as the contact person?
Typically the person responsible for completing the questionnaire — a sustainability officer, research coordinator, or similar role.
